  • Power BI dashboard implementation and support

  • Technology setup and implementation

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Service Engagement

5.1 Scope of Services

The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. These Terms govern the general relationship between you and the Company.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Notify us of any changes that may affect our services
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees for services as outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms include:

  • Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Company Materials

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and methodologies, are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Client Data

You retain all rights to your financial data and information. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for you. However, we retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and templates.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will:

  • Keep your financial information confidential
  • Not disclose your information to third parties without consent (except as required by law)
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
  • Require our employees and contractors to maintain confidentiality

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Immediately for non-payment

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will meet your specific requirements
  • All errors will be corrected

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • Mediation, if negotiation fails
  • Arbitration in Dubai, UAE, if mediation fails

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability
